- Church Day Away:
The leadership of Lifeline Church, Freetown, organised an outing for parents and youth, taking the children to a recreational centre, which everyone enjoyed immensely – as reflected in these photos from the event.
- The Lifeline Nehemiah Projects leadership, together with its friends and supporters, particularly Richard and Lucy November, considered it a privilege to stand in solidarity with more than 30 households affected by the floods in the Kuntorloh community.
LNP were able to provide the flood victims with essential food and non-food items, including rice, vegetable oil and onions, as well as educational and psychosocial support.
While this assistance did not fully address all the associated challenges, it was timely and helped restore hope to those affected, as recognised by community chief Pa Almammy John Sesay II and Councillor Abu Bakarr S. Kamara.
Whilst appreciating our efforts to date, the various community stakeholders and beneficiaries are actively urging LNP to continue in its commendable efforts in supporting the Kuntorloh community, expressing concerns for those who have been made homeless and have lost most, if not all, of their household belongings.
- LNP focused particularly on extending support to widows, single parents and other individuals facing significant challenges within the Church, with thanks again to the LNI leadership for financial support.
Photographed here, we celebrated with Phibie and Jousha Johhny as they were joined together in marriage, the true basis of family, as ordained by God.
