The BT recruitment process is always a challenging time as many unemployed young people express their interest in enrolling for one of the available training courses, but lack the funds to pay tuition fees due to the current financial challenges. This frequently complicates decision-making process for the BT management team.
As the 2024 cohort enters their final semester, on their internships, recruitment for the 2025 cohort is also ongoing and, so far, 150 unemployed young people have shown interest in gaining admission.
