At the Lifeline Nehemiah Project, teamwork is a fundamental part of our ethos. We believe that the value of being a part of our team has the potential to be boundlessly positive – for you, and us!
So here are a few ways through which you can get involved with us...
We regularly partner with individuals, organisations and communities in a variety of projects. If you have an idea for a strategic partnership then do get in touch. We want to hear from you.
At the Lifeline Nehemiah Project, teamwork is intrinsic to our ethos. We believe that the value of physically being a part of our team has the potential to be boundlessly positive – for you, and us!
We welcome any applications from people willing to volunteer with us. From teaching to building, and many other areas we always have a lot going on. We only ask that you bring with you a pair of flip-flops and a taste for adventure. It won’t be easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is! Please send a copy of your C.V., a letter explaining why you would like to work with us and what you would like to do to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Periodically we have volunteering opportunities based in the UK so if you are interested in donating some of your time and skills, but Sierra Leone seems a long way away, we would still love to hear from you.
One off giving
If you would like to give a one off donation to the organisation or a specific project you can do so through this link, alternatively you can send a cheque to: LifeLine House, Neville Road, Dagenham Essex RM8 3QS. Cheques should to be made out to ‘Lifeline Network’, accompanied by a note stating that the donation is for the Lifeline Nehemiah Project.
Long term support
Throughout the journey from 1996 till now, we are always looking to develop relationships with other potential stakeholders in the realms of business, education and holistic development. So, if you feel you may be able to support us through working together please get in contact. Let’s talk.
Additionally we have been faithfully supported through long term, regular donations. These donations have been fundamental to the everyday running and growth of the Lifeline Nehemiah Project.
In becoming a long-term donor you are helping to meet the most basic of needs for the children and young people we care for.
Sponsor a young person through University/Further Education
Sadly there is no student finance or substantial government support for young people applying to for further education in Sierra Leone. As a part of our commitment towards holistic development, we believe that educating our young people, who are accepted into university further education, to degree level is integral to seeing lasting change within the nation.
You can support a young person throughout his further education, contributing towards fees, transport, books and expenses. If you would like any further information, or to make a monthly recurring donation please contact us.
